This class focuses on slow, controlled and gentle movements for your whole body but particularly the spine, using an array of small equipment for your safety and comfort while you exercise.  This class is ideal for addressing back pain and joint issues, releasing tension and retraining correct muscle work and alignment in the body, with the goal to achieving good posture/body awareness and a strong, supple back.Class size is small with detail on modifications and education that allow you to succeed in your exercise progression as well as help you transition from physical therapy to a Pilates fitness routine.
