Private Pilates Session

Private sessions are an excellent way of introducing the fundamental principles of Pilates, helping you learn, practice and perfect your performance and achieve the best results. Using the reformer and/or mat plus specialized small equipment, it’s a great way to learn sustainable movement as it pertains to your own personal needs, to do restorative work post-injury or chronic pain and work on your alignment for optimal health.  A little one-on-one attention goes a long way.
