Virtual Yoga Pass Types


Virtual classes are inclusive, gentle and follow a traditional vinyasa style. Each session is intended to promote space, strength and balance throughout the physical body and inevitably have a similar effect on the mind. The ZOOM links and password for E-Library for the month will be sent along with your receipt.


Monday: Gentle Yoga (10:30am EST)
Wednesday: Gentle Yoga (10:30am EST)

Pass Types

Single Virtual Class Pass: join one class at a time, whenever you choose.
Unlimited Monthly Virtual Pass: come to any or all Virtual Yoga classes.
Energy Exchange: exchange your energy (4 hours/month) for an Unlimited Monthly Virtual Yoga Pass
