Define and strengthen your body in this muscle conditioning/bone strengthening class. This workout is designed to power your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire. We will use hand weights, bands, triad balls, body weight and other equipment to tone your upper body, lower body and strengthen your core. All levels are welcome, as the simple strong movements may be made more challenging with heavier weights and we finish the class with release and stretching.
